FITEVO is free to download and use.

With FITEVO, you can choose to upgrade your account to unlock all features and content for a low monthly or annual fee. You have to initiate and approve this charge yourself, we can’t charge you without doing so.

I have forgotten my password, what next?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click “Forgot Password” on the sign in page page in order to set a new one. You will require access to the original email you signed up with. For security reasons, we are unable to provide you this information.

How much is FITEVO?

FITEVO is free to download and use. You will have access to most of the workout library and basic features.

To unlock the full potential of FITEVO, you can subscribe to get all access.

Premium subscriptions vary depending on your territory and currency. You will be shown this before approving any charges. As of April 2020, the US fees for FITEVO are $4.99 per month. You can subscribe annually and save 33% for $39.99 (This is indicative and correct charges are displayed on the device and within your OS’s subscriptions).

What happens if I downgrade?

If you downgrade your FITEVO Subscription, you will be moved back to the free user plan. This will limit your functionality and remove access to premium features. You can upgrade at anytime to regain access.

How do I manage my account?

You can manage your FITEVO account anytime by visiting your profile within the App and then clicking the settings icon top right.

The screen locked during my workout. Can I stop this?

For iOS, the default time for screen lock is 2 minutes. This is suitable for most workouts, sets and reps.

Does FITEVO work offline?

For FITEVO to function correctly and access the on-demand library, an active internet connection is required. Performance of the app may be affected on low speed connections.

I tried to download FITEVO but can’t find it?

FITEVO is available in certain territories on the Apple App Store and Google Play store. If the App is not available in your territory, you will be unable to download it. If this is the case, please get in touch with your details and territory you are accessing the store from.

My user experience of FITEVO is laggy, how come?

FITEVO requires a stable internet connection as well as a capable device in order to ensure a smooth user experience. Please ensure your device’s software and App is up to date.
